Project 1:

A Full Fledged Website for an NGO

Project: Rigel Foundation Website

As a passionate web developer, I had the opportunity to create a full-fledged responsive website for the Rigel Foundation, a non-profit organization. The website, accessible at Rigel Foundation, serves as a comprehensive platform for the NGO to showcase their initiatives, engage with their audience, and drive their mission forward.

The website was built using WordPress, a powerful and flexible content management system. To ensure a unique and interactive user experience, I utilized the Elementor plugin, a leading WordPress website builder known for its live front-end page editor. This allowed me to design complex layouts visually, and design their website pixel by pixel without any coding.

To extend the functionality of Elementor, I also used the Sina Extension for Elementor, which added numerous extra custom-made widgets and features to the website. This helped in enhancing the website’s functionality and improving the user interface, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.

In addition to these, I integrated the Fluent Forms plugin, a feature-rich WordPress plugin that allowed me to create user-friendly, customizable, and mobile-responsive contact forms. This played a crucial role in improving the website’s interactivity, enabling the Rigel Foundation to easily collect information from visitors and engage with their community.

Throughout the project, I adhered to best practices for responsive design, ensuring the website provides an optimal viewing and interaction experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices, from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones.

This project not only honed my technical skills but also gave me valuable experience in creating effective digital solutions for non-profit organizations. It stands as a testament to my ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites.
